Cancun International Airport (CUN)
Moon Palace Cancun is approximately an 18-minute drive from Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Airport Shuttle
No Uber Available. Don’t Use Taxi Service.
To reserve your transportation, submit your flight information through the Palace Resorts Transfer Portal at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Alternatively, we also recommend USA Transfers, which provides transportation to Moon Palace and other resorts. We’ve used them many times and have always had a great experience!

The Short Version
Moon Palace is one resort divided into three sections, with two accommodation options:
The Grand is the newer luxury tier and is where we’ll be staying. Guests have access to the entire Moon Palace property, including all 29 restaurants, 23 bars, the water park and the spa.
Sunrise/Nizuc offers a more affordable rate and includes full access to both sections and the golf course. The Grand is not included unless you purchase a day pass.
All three sections are part of the same resort, with complimentary shuttles and golf carts running between them around the clock.
