Do I have to stay at Moon Palace Cancun?

If you are only attending the reception and none of the other events at the resort, you do not need to stay there. However, since most of the wedding weekend will take place on the property, staying at the resort will be the easiest and most convenient option.
Can I book outside the room block?

No. Booking outside the room block means you will not have access to the discounted group rate and the included perks or the wedding events.
Is airport transportation included? Can I just Uber or Take a taxi?

Please note that Uber is not available at the airport, and we strongly recommend that you do not take a taxi.
To reserve your transportation, submit your flight information through the Palace Resorts Transfer Portal at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Alternatively, we also recommend USA Transfers, which provides transportation to Moon Palace and other resorts. We’ve used them many times and have always had a great experience!
When should I book my room?

As soon as possible. Rooms may fill quickly, and the deadline to book within the block and submit full payment is December 1st, 2026. After that date, we cannot guarantee availability or the group rate.
When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving by Thursday to settle in and enjoy the resort before the wedding. The group rate is available 3 days before and after the wedding, so feel free to arrive earlier or extend your stay and make it a full vacation.
Are Kids and Children allowed?

We respectfully request that our wedding weekend remain adults-only. The only children in attendance will be those who are part of the wedding party or are immediate family of the couple. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
What is there to do at the resort?

Quite a bit. Moon Palace offers multiple pools, a water park with slides and a lazy river, non-motorized water sports, a luxury spa, a Jack Nicklaus golf course, a fitness center, nightly entertainment, bowling, numerous gourmet restaurants, and a speakeasy with craft cocktails. There is an adults-only pool, supervised kids clubs, and teen arcade areas as well.

Is there anything not included in the moon palace resort? Or I have to pay extra for?

No, the rate of your room includes everything you need. You don’t
have to pay anything extra for the shows, restaurants, bars.. Or
anything else!! It is truly All Inclusive resort.
